I drew Valtin again! 

He is now at God tier, I will draw it clearer later.
The Heir of Chaos.

And as you may be able to tell, he is totally losing it. This is because he can't control his chaos powers.
When he uses them he becomes a puppet for the chaos to use.

One side, he is afraid, or guilt-stricken from something he might've done.
The other, say hello to troll hell.
The three wispy things on the right are orbs of chaos energy.

Forgot the horns and had his hair going up through his hood.
